My Lai

My Lai is a controversial event in history be arrest on that point are many divergent views of what happened. The mission started when captain Ernest Medina instructed deputy sheriff William Calley to destroy the village of My Lai. Medina told the eleventh Brigade, Charlie Company, that any genuine villagers would charter left their homes to go to market. Therefore, Medina and Calley instructed the group to kill all of the rest villagers including the elderly, women, and children.
